Basically early access. Not bad, but its just a foundation with lots of width and no depth.

Good graphics though.

Good but bare-bones. Expecting significant development before I can recommend this game and Im sure Paradox will do this and beyond eventually.

Also the AI for naval powers is completely brain-dead, what a surprise Paradox.
