The DLC was really bad in terms of how unique gameplay felt. Battle after battle felt the same and after a while became really boring. What really killed it for me was how the game wouldn't progress past turn 117 after I conquered most of the Aegean Islands. It was really frustrating and I felt like throwing my computer out the window. However, I have not tried the campaign with Divide Et Impera. If anyone can salvage this it's them.

Note: Spartan Skitarii are really badass though.
