This means that you call direction as in compass of people, cars, ect. need to be able to shoot long distance and have patience to paly ythe long range engagement game but also be able top hold your own in a city if we drop hot. I dont want rambo's WE ARE A TEAM dont be the person that goers off by them self or starts shooting before you allow the squad to aim in as well. but at the same time be able to lock on and fire at the close range people and call direction at the same time.
