I do like GZW it is fun, and more so with friends. marching through the jungle acting like seasoned vets only to break out into arguments because comms were terrible. its great fun.
As many use to defend this game it is an alpha and very much a work in progress so buy into this game as an investment. know that your input in discovering bugs glitches crashes artefacts and reporting on them will help shape and build this game into something quite awesome.
Granted it is very off putting experiencing crashes and losing all that you had on your soldier. over the last 2 days i have crashed 5 times due to the game engine glitching i presume. these are some fixes i have dont that havent worked for me per say but might help anyone looking to solve a similar problem.
i disabled XMP in my motherboard. XMP is a RAM over clock to use all allocated ram speeds.... didnt work
I under volted my RTX 3080 ti using afterburner.... didnt work
I disabled Nvidia shadow play overlay.... didnt work
I verified my game files.... didnt work
i have currently rolled back my Nvidia driver. i was using the latest which i believe was 555.58 but i have rolled back to 552.44 and the game feels smoother and i havent experienced a crash yet. keep your fingers crossed for me.
