I've been playing this game for years. Not everyday but on and off, I've have had an account with this game for 4 years soon to be five and I've seen this game in good times and in bad. This game isn't for everyone, I've heard from other people who I had try this game call it "Too fast paced" or in more simpler terms "Too fast",
And the leveling system tends to confuse the New players as well, AND the lore of the game as well tends to confuse the New players.

Now would i recommend this game to new peeps? Yes, yes I would its free download it try it out if ya don't like it and the friendly community then just delete it and forget about it. But if you enjoy it prepare for a fun farming grinding ride.

The first two hours of playing this game, I bought my Mosin Nagant Carbine and got the "Diamonds Are Forever" Achievement in no time. I didn't know it was a thing until i got it... Anyway's i'm having fun you might have fun as well. Do it try the game.

Ok so serious type/talk, You buy a game for $20 you get a decent weapon selection, classic callers a phone and a few other items, there are 6 free DLCs so far that add in some interesting content. There are 7 equipment DLCs which some equipment can be extremely helpful or convenient. There is currently 1 Trophy lodges which is nice and fancy hopefully they will add more soon. There are currently 4 Reserves DLCs to buy which adds in new areas and or animals to hunt. There are 18 DLCs in total so far.
I have bought 3 of the DLCs so far and they are ok. The game its self has a few interesting systems one being a level and skill tree system which is a nice addition to the game its self. Now this skill tree doesn't add any wacky skills but a bit more practical skills. Its a nice game you might enjoy it its definitely a change for me and my play style and the fact that you can play with friends is a nice touch. Try it if you don't like it then refund it and get something else.

I got everything except the the one thing I wanted, the crowns. I bought this yesterday...

This is the best interactive shooter i have ever played, it make me feel like a bad-ass until i die. then just restart and continue.
If your looking for a game that will allow you to kill red guys endlessly then this is the game.
