The object of the game is to solve physics-based puzzles using objects and rats to take revenge on cats, usually by activation of some sort of button or trigger. The goal of each stage is to use the rats and other objects to push a ball into or activate an object that kills the cat such as a microwave oven, chainsaw, or safe. The player must first place the objects and has a time limit while doing so. Once one has finished placing the level's objects, he can click the play button to activate it. When the puzzle has been successfully completed, the player is scored based on objects used as well as the time taken to complete the puzzle.
