Inconsistent with promises and often over-hypes the gear they offer, only to say it was bugged (sometimes multiple times) and nerf it. If you already play it, then go ahead, keep playing, if you want. If you are new, proceed with extreme caution. Don't buy the full version until you have fully explored the "free" options they give you, as well as take a general look at the community (via their website forums, Reddit forums, or sometimes even twitter) to see what sort of mess you'll be playing into. Oh, and if you do feel like you are far weaker and useless compared to anyone who has bought the latest expansion, get used to it. They intentionally made newer expansions powers and weapons more busted and over-powered to urge you to buy it. It is very likely, though not guaranteed, that they will nerf the newest expansion powers when the next expansion drops and that next expansion power becomes the new meta for the game. Don't say you weren't warned.

Hours of Fun if you find the right people/server

Aside from the teamkillers and few people who hack, this game has great potential overall. Plenty of nice people on here to work with, and plenty more to just manipulate to help you.
