There are a lot of issues to be ironed out, that's for sure. All in all its a good game but some the glitches rob you of the experience. For example... My gf spent a collective day (24 hours) playing to speed run everything. Got to Act 6 on Inferno and decided to let me play co-OP. Had to start at a lower act and difficulty. When she went to play solo, she had lost all her progress? Still has her level (even tho equipment says she doesn't meet the requirements but still allows to be used) and stats, but all progress is gone. So now she is level 150 on Act One, Normal. That is pretty jank.
