The game isn't for the feint of heart. Its grindy, but its truly and adventurers dream, the co-op is a mega bonus. It reminds me of Dark Souls mixed with Kenshi. Connecting to one another's game is very simple and fluid. One complaint about the co-op, though, whoever is hosting it gets the exclusive benefits from some of the main quests such as stat increases and permanent buffs, even items (items aren't a big deal because you can just drop them to you homie.) Keep that in mind in case its a particular quest that your friend needs. I'm like 30 hours in and i'm still discovering new mechanics and ways to improve my questing needs.
