late ass reply but im the old owner of this, i bought this steam acc from a website but that site ended up hacking the acc/reclaiming it a year later ig after seeing the accumulation of skins (1k+ inv)

too bad i had steam support remove all of it and half of the money transferred to this nt guys :)
