Too much fun in a game. The game play is fast paced and you constantly have to be in your enemys' faces in order to heal so it forces you to get good at the game. Lots of cool, unique bosses to fight and you have to think creatively to find all the secrets littered around. There is a nice amount of content for the price. There are even secret levels you can find that within them the genre of the game changes. Within those levels you're playing a different game and it's a lovely change of pace from the gory action.

You are a pirate. Just like you would imagine a stereotypical bearded pirate to be. lots of mystery surrounding the game which is nice because then you get surprised and entertained by all the objectives and boss fights and encounters that you happen upon while just traveling the world and doing what you want. It is good that you work towards cosmetics only rather than strength because that way someone relatively new to the game won't just get stomped by max level people and their max level gear. The game is more skill and knowledge based than scaling through levels. It is challenging because you've got real people playing in the same world that could attack you and take your treasures and vice versa you take treasure from them. Makes the pirate pillaging experience even better. You can chill and mess around with your friends and drink, play music, compete for who gets more treasure, and it's fun to just sail around and work together. That being said, the experience is way way better with friends than alone and much easier as well, so take that into account.

It's funny, silly fun. rounds are quick and can be played in small breaks throughout the day for a little stress relief. very colorful and even somewhat competitive. It's a wonderful game for what it is.

very smooth gameplay, awesome badass music, and brutal, thrilling fun.

The art style is not graphically intensive, but it's beautiful and simple looking with color schemes that are pleasant to look at. The music is a big part of the immersion and from what I've heard so far, all the tracks are good enough that you'd search them on youtube when you're not playing just to listen a couple more times and is definitely epic enough to match the game. The gameplay offers a lot of diversity and RNG in every map when it comes to items or bosses like most rougelikes, but this one, through unlockable artifacts, you can add or subtract randomness and add or diminish the chaos in each run to fit your individual liking. The best part in my opinion are all the incredibly unique characters that offer their own play style, specialization, and item builds so that you can take runs in different, sometimes hilarious directions. Overall this game feels like a must for people who like roguelikes and even if shooters are more your thing this game definitely delivers.

It has an endless amount of games that can be played from wherever. it is very handy and fun and you can try a board game here too before you actually buy it.

moba type abilities but is a fast pace brawler that keeps players engaged. the animation is also very attracting. short games make the player able to play many games unlike that of most mobas.
