So I bought this game a few days ago, I am a big lover of FPS strategy games having played Verdun all the time. Now all I play is this, it is just a brilliant game with a lot to offer and hopefully much more to come. the thing I love about it is the accuracy.

Never have I been so scared of trees, The guns are realistic for what they did ie it is very difficult to kill a guy with an m16 from very long ranges, the M14 is better for that job. They have more than just the US Armed forces ie Aussies, kiwis and the south Vietnamese, you cant just rambo you have to work in a team. If you stand in a spot for more than 10 seconds you die, if you just charge alone, you die. Just how it would have been in real life.

I would like to share my first ever experience playing this game.

first ever game: USMC (my team) Vs NVA map: Resort class: Grunt w/ (M16)

I was in a Huey with my squad and I said to my team hey guys, I'm new sorry if I'm bad etc. a level 72 player with a ripped uniform, a biker moustache and bandanna said "don't worry kid stick with me and you will be fine." the Huey pilot said "You guys have literally 5 seconds to get out or we will be toast" Our squad had a bit of pressure taking the left flank due to the fact the other squad in the second Huey got shot down. So we approached the beach bullets started hitting my ride, Myself the level 72 and another got out just as the Huey touched down then I hear an explosion I look behind me. What was left of my squad was sitting in a burnt UH-1 helicopter screaming, I counted 3 seconds. we move up the Beach a little the level 72 said "Kid, follow m...aggghhhh". He was shot in the head, it was just me and the other guy. We ran in to the jungle and headed west which was where our main force was landing at (Just on the beach getting overlooked by the resort). We hear a noise I go right and prone he goes left and gets gunned down by a NVA machine gunner. I crawled for a good two minutes till I stood up and saw the enemy guy on the left of my screen (I was terrified) I turned around and wasted an entire magazine of that poor soul. So I went more and more into the jungle until i saw the resort, I saw a whole bunch of NVA soldiers so I decided to sneak my way past, so I fixed my bayonet just as I was away to approach the open ground a bullet hit me, I was bleeding out and fast I saw on the balcony of the resort a sniper, so I lied down and crawled back into the jungle, healed myself put my M16 into single shot fired one bullet and it hit the sniper in the head, I then worked my way through the resort taking three guys down. I saw the Hueys dropping off marines on the beach, I had never been so happy to see the USMC, I was running down to the beach and I got shot, I had no bandages so I bled to death and that Ladies and gentleman was my first ever time in Vietnam.

What I would like to see in the future:

Even more Customisation
Get to fly planes ie Canberra and F4 phantom etc.
NVA to get an attack helicopter
the Chinook
More Maps
larger battle (perhaps 100 vs 100)
Sub factions ie if US army is picked you can pick 7th Cavalry or 101st Airborne
New Zealand to be a independent faction

And that Ladies and Gentlemen is my review, thanks for reading

The most realistic game to ww1 I have ever played. I am in charge of a company of men we get told by that smart a*se Molonch or whatever he is told to go over the top, I get all hyped up and get a whistle and put on scotland the brave and charge. we cover around 2 yards, 3 out of the 16 are able to cover over 5 yards.

10/10 would listen to that a*se General Molonch again

My friend and I decide to join the Airforce.
a few days later we becomefighter Aces
Then a few days after that I do my first Bail out
then so does my friend
Then a few days afte I get my 30th kill
So does my friend
then my friend flies past me, his aircraft is on fire and he is screaming
6 BF 109s are on his tale
I try to help but I get shot at badly and lose my legs
my friend goes up in flames
i speak fondly at his funrel and try to comfort his wife.
I go out with her.
My friend haunts me.
I die.
