I've played both the original Persona 5 and Persona 5 Royal on the PS4 so this experience has always been so special to me. Having played both originally at 30 fps, the 120 fps change is obviously phenomenal. It is arguably the greatest JRPG of all time and quite frankly deserves all the praise. From the music, the characters, the world, the story, it is absolutely mesmerizing how much love is put into this game. The style is endless. Can not recommend this game enough. It is by no means perfect, but it is as close to perfect as a JRPG can get. Having put both 100+ hours in the original and Royal version on ps4, i had to to do the same for this. it is well worth your time and it's been nothing short of amazing to me. WORTH THE FULL PRICE

fantastic and very fun game. definitely more action oriented than RE7, but it is executed very well. Great story, great atmosphere. I give it a solid 9/10

phenomenal game, HOWEVER i can not recommend this game until it is properly patched and fixed as it is stuttery and crashes frequently. one of the worst PC ports I've ever played

as a long time player, it's definitely not a bad game. however, the power creep and the pvp sandbox and bungie's unwillingness to scrap their terrible airborne effectiveness stat has made the game borderline unbearable. also adding sbmm in the casual playlists is still questionable in every way. it took Bungie 900 DAYS to include a new pvp map and it turned out to be the worst map in the game. the pve sandbox is basically all power creep and busted mods. the game has become too easy.

for a new player? it's atrocious in every single way. they have removed so much of the game where you can't really even call it "Free-to-Play", it's more like "Free-to-Try". they have sunsetted and removed all of the original paid content in the game that would help new players understand the game more. the mod system is absolutely confusing for a new player. there is literally no way i would ever recommend this game to a new player unless they have a friend to help them along the way.

the gunplay feels great but i genuinely feel the development team is so far removed from what the playerbase actually wants. the split with activision was amazing, but people are starting to realize that Vicarious Visions and High Moon Studios basically carried Bungie during the best time of this game.

I love this game and all the friends i've made through it, i won't recommend it though. My play time has drastically decreased for the past month. there are way too many problems at the moment and I genuinely don't think it can be saved, even when lightfall comes around.
