Instead of actually fixing their game so malicious mods can't harm the comunity they instead go the lazy route of adding an anti cheat so none at all can run, effectively increasing the resource usage of the game by enough that a lot of people will notice the effect, and by doing this they leave out good mods like accesibility improvements, mods to boost the performance like adding FSR (AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution) to the game yourself to boost your performance by a decent amount.

All the while it won't stop avatar ripping from happening since the cache where avatars are downloaded is still easy to read, or crashers because those can be built into avatars and considered totally normal to the game.

This will also stop the game from running on linux either via proton or virtual machine or make it enough of a pain in the ass that people give up.

Not to mention the horrible privacy violations Easy Anti Cheat has done in multiple ocasions.

It's a very good game, they keep developing it and adding new content, I remember testing one of the first pre-release versions of the game but I only recently got it, I don't regret it

En un principio no me gustó que lo sacaran como juego aparte en vez de como parte del 'Primal carnage' pero vale la pena por la mejore de graficos y jugabilidad, ademas con la ultima actualizacion han metido cosas muy chulas
