Is it a good MMORPG? - No.
It's a buggy mess, with unfinished mechanics, missing features and fall-through textures. Infinitely inferior to any other modern MMO you can think of. However, this is not your any other MMO is it?

Is it a good VR experience? - Absolutely Yes.
RamenVR brought us the first serious VR MMO and it works. You get to level up, upgrade your gear, kill mobs over and over, deliver items and complete quests, all in VR, enveloped with stunning surroundings in anime-style graphics.

All in all, right now, the game is an amazing proof of concept, but it feels like unpolished beta.

Some UI design decisions are questionable and will need to be addressed. Mobs are clipping through terrain, sometimes even YOU are clipping through terrain and falling down into an empty skybox in VR! (what an experience). Quests are bugging out, textures are disappearing, mobs are teleporting around, quest markers never disappear even after finishing them (sometimes they don't show at all). But when everything works, oh boy, what an experience.

All these problems are quite simple to fix, and developers are listening to community, and already pumping out content and fix patches, which makes me very excited for the future. However, taken at face value, this game really is still just a beta right now. Don't expect FF14 out of it, you will be disappointed.

Is it worth it?
This game will give you at the very least 10 hours of fun, exploring and experiencing a life of a fantasy adventurer, before bugs or lack of content will make you bored. That's already more than average playtime for VR games, so I'd say go for it. If you find yourself enjoying the scenery and gameplay, it will keep pulling you in, grinding quests for max level, and every patch will make you excited for new things you can do.
