Hey, I read your comment about how ATS Texas has those missing roads and cities. I think you need to remove some or maybe most of mods you have for ATS so the DLC works properly - they will eventually update the mods for Texas.. also remove Coast to coast if you have that one - that could make problem in the map and wait for it to be updated.
