Its basicly entirely naval based so that automatically makes it terrible. Every other enemy on the planet can travel half way across the map in a single turn. Impossible to take out any factions since there's an absurd penalty for taking capitals. (every hates you immediatly and declares war, so your fighting the entire planet). So basically they'll just be a enemy capital in the middle of your empire building massive armies to ruin your day. It takes a stupid amount of time to build an army in this while every other one can get an army of 20 in about 3 turns. While it takes you around 8-16 turns. Its utter BS. Sparta is supposed to have the best infantry but yet an army of about 3 levy spearmen of athens can kill 2 spartan's best troops with absolute ease. The naval forces make no sense to begin with so i won't describe in detail that garbage. There is hardly any food producing buildings (at least for sparta, one thing only get 6 food which isn't nearly enough for anything) and rebellions pop up everywhere because it's legitimately impossible to get enough food to build the temple (Main positive squalor building as they got rid of all the other ♥♥♥♥).

Only good thing is that its in greece. But the actual caimpagin is frustrating, stupid, and tedious.

Prefer kingdom rush frontiers myself but this one is still a ton of fun. Too bad i suck at it and have to do every mission 16 times before a i beat it. 1/1.2

If you value friends and family, I'd stay away from this game. Cause after the first hour you play this, you'll never see them again.

Possibly the funnest game i've played since witcher 3. so much content, gorgeous textures, smooth combat, virtually no lag (with an average desktop) Fun little quests are added weekly. I felt overwhelmed at many points in the game due to the sheer amount of stuff i had left - which i absolutely love. I'd recommend this game to anyone. A lot of people hate this game simply because the main character is not an assassins but i see no problem with it. Origins was about the creation of the assassins. Odyssey is about the creation of the templars. It all ties in together with the main story so don't listen to any of the idiots who say that its not an assassin game. I know for a fact 90% haven't played the game and haven't saw what it has to offer.

Best game i've ever played. Since the devolpers never update it it's pretty much impossible to play without crashes, never ending loading screens, and stuttering unless you spend hours upon hours downloading a ton of mods to fix it. Wouldn't recommend unless your a computer wizard. If you aren't a wizard and want top play this game, prepare to watch hours of tutorials
