Sniping is fun.

I have an Oculus Rift and the support is attrociously bad. Just playing it in VR cuts my framerate to near unplayable levels, from 144+ to the mid 40s. The game only kind of supports the Rift controllers, so I had to go out and buy an XBox controller to even open my inventory, and even then the support was awful. I couldn't select what I wanted to half the time. If I was to rate this based on my normal PC experience I would recommend it, but it's damn near unplayable with the Rift. If anyone knows a solution to my problem I'm all ears.

Amazing game. Takes what MBG did and upgraded on it. Great visuals, rad soundtrack and overall really fun. Hard at times of course, but that's a must. Can't recommend enough to those looking for a little nostalgia. And a lot of fun for people new to the genre aswell!

EDIT: Changed to negative due to the game being abandoned. Also I was a child, and this game is a joke.

When I posted this review I had 0.5 hours. Now that I have 13+ let me say this game FAR exceeded my expectations. Sandbox mode sounded INCREDIBLY mediocre, but let me tell you; everything seen in the survival maps can be customized in sandbox mode. You can create your own maps with an overwhelming amount of prefabs and make your own buildings! I do not think you can totally play them yet, but of course this is still very much alpha. Buy this game.

Honestly let me start off by saying; it would be hard as hell to find a developer as commited as this one. ( UPDATED )

The game is GORGEOUS and the MASS amount of settings makes it all the better.
Gunplay is pretty basic, but still really fun to just spray hordes of aliens.

The game has a few bugs, however. ( All bugs have been fixed in the 3 days since I posted
this review. )

-graphical quality glitches
-Really buggy LMG

The maps are small, but that's to be expected both of such a new game, and the fact it's wave style.

If you have $4 to blow and feel like a little bit of mindless shooting then I can't recommend this enough.

I'll definately be keeping a close eye on how this game progresses!
