The game is very cool in concept and has a lot of fun aspects to it. If you're going to play it, try and not take it too seriously and just have fun with a friend. The minigames and talking to NPCs are the best parts of the game so make sure not to pass them by if you do play it.
However, I don't think it is a good game. Calling it a game is a bit of an overstatement as you are basically just watching an interactive movie. Instead of an actual interactive movie with choices, however, this game leaves almost nothing up to the player. Most of the time the gameplay feels like an interruption to the story, and half the time what you do isn't even necessary (like moving a tree that you can very easily walk around).
While this game is pretty much just a movie with extra steps, it's not a good movie either. The story is very linear and predictable, with the characters being poorly developed and the voice actors not doing a great job. Another thing to mention is that all of the promotional material I've seen about this game implies that it will be a prison story, while less than 1/3 of the game takes place in prison.
The game can be fun to goof off in, but if you want a better experience just play Uncharted or watch an actual movie and you'll be more entertained.
