The long awaited day began. As I lay on my soft, white bed, the smell of burnt toast drifted up through the cracks in the hard wooden door. I leap out of bed, feeling the pine floor boards under my bare feet as I open my door as wide as I can. I realise how hungry I am. . “POP!” The toast is ready, the aroma overwhelming my senses . Loud knock could was heard from the entrance door with a very aggressive tone, “Open Up!”
