I would recommend this to anyone who's not interested in the story. The story is bad, but the gameplay is good. As a Warframe player with over 3k hours in that game, the grind is acceptable. Itemization is good. Level progression is slow at first but ramps up over time. The main weakness of this game is it's premise. But nobody cares and nobody should. I have really enjoyed my time on TFD thus far.

A fresh new souls like game to destroy yet another set of controllers to. I'm having a blast. I'm losing my mind. I'm breaking the B button. But my offering of Xbox One controllers will only appease the evil gods for so long before they demand more...

My friends convinced me to play. I was very much on the fence. I'm a disgruntled WOW fan. I didn't enjoy recent expansions of WOW so I quit MMOs altogether... That was a mistake. 24 hours in and I can honestly say that everyone that enjoyed old school WOW should try this game. It is different and there is a lot of weeb stuff but I can honestly say that it hasn't taken away from my enjoyment of the game. Let me explain.
What make FFXIV so good is that the game makes you want to waste your time on it. The grind to get certain things isn't a slog. The boss fights have an easy mode for people that want the story and they have normal and hard modes for people like me that prefer a more traditional cooperative experience. I WANT TO DO THESE THINGS! The dungeons aren't so long and instead of having a punishing experience by ingame mechanics (Titan forging for example) it's a simple pass or fail thing. If you even want to bother with Dungeons or raids because there's an entire slew of Jobs and classes totally dedicated to crafting and gathering. Want to make millions crafting items other players need to do raids? Go for it. Want to do said raids? go for it. Want to gather rare mounts and cosmetics? go for it. There is always something to do and the game makes sure that the activities you're doing are actually fun to do. Also, Catgirls.

It's basically DOS2 with DND rules. It's EA so be smart with your money. I myself am enjoying it despite the bugs.

Tem Tem isn't a bad game. I look forward to seeing it develop. I will say this though, I hope the character art for humans isnt final. "Aina" is going to give me nightmares. The tem tem themselves are interesting enough though. After three hours I think I've seen enough to give this one a thumbs up. It's early access, it's new and more importantly it's the closest thing in development to a Pokemon MMO.

I played a little bit. It's okay I guess. I just wish they would fix the optomization issues and the bugs. Don't invest if you get tilted because of bugs that kill you and everything you just built. Private servers will crash, no matter how much time you invest in making them work. Mods will cause load times to last long enough you can go get coffee and come back, and that may be the case anyway depending on the map you're using. Populations on servers fluctuate and even thought the devs are making offline raiding more difficult I still cringe when I remember the days of waking up to find a base that I built the day before being completely destroyed when I log in. If you can deall with all this, welcome to the community.
*edit:
The new kibble system and tech guns have made this game more of a shooty shoot game than a dino game. The cover shows dinos but in all honesty you'll be relying on firearms more than dinos for raids and caves, dungeons are fun but again you can't fit a rex in there. If you like shooter games this title is great.

After putting over 1000 hrs into this game I can honestly say its aging very well. This game has continued to provide an excellent pastime for over 2 years and it's only gotten better.

This game is probable the best zombie survival out there despite it being early access. It's also good for getting over how bad Day Z was. It presents difficulty without being overly buggy or impossible.

If you like b-movies get this when it's on sale. If not then don't bother. It'll make you rage quit on the lowest difficulty setting.
