Also how is that related to CS:GO or your comment anyways? You surely ran out of replies and cope using unrelated stuff.
Also Valve isn't supposed to give everyone a high quality mic to everyone that plays the game, nor magicially detect the real age of the player. CS:GO is rated PEGI 18 and there's nothing else Valve could do about it. 5$ mic blowers are everywhere, not only in CS.
If expensive skins don't interest you, then how it's revelant enough to include them as a con in your review? They literally have ZERO impact in gameplay (might make you play better because it looks good, but really, it has ZERO impact on gameplay) and it's not something you should p2w.
