DON'T BUY/PLAY THIS GAME IF YOU HAVE NOT PLAYED SUBNAUTICA FIRST!!!!

Good now that thats out of the way the review can begin. Below zero is certainly a good game, but simply doesn't live up to the hype that its predecessor created. At first Below zero seems like its gonna be another epic ocean adventure, but then you soon realize that its less of an adventure and more of a story. What I mean by that, is the game really holds your hand through the whole game. There is always some character telling you to do this, or to do that, and it really takes away that captivating sense of adventure, and exploration that Subnautica is so good at portraying. Below zero also has a problem with engaging you in the game. The biomes lack that wow factor that all the other biomes had in Subnautica. The biomes feel very bland at times whether its on land or in the ocean.Another thing holding this game back is the land portion of the game. The land portion wasn't really all that cool, but instead tedious having you run about and fetch items to help our main character discover the truth behind her sister. The story is also something that can be confusing. The game has two story lines and it does a bad job at making you care about either of them. The main character is also really bland and uninteresting. Subnautica had a very simple story to tell, but it was well told. The gameplay for Below zero is still the same as Subnautica, and just as fantastic. Below zero does add some new buildings, and vehicles which are cool. Although I would have much rather had my sea moth and cyclops than the seatruck, but thats just me. Overall I would say that Below zero is a good game, but it doesn't hold a candle to OG Subnautica. I would definitely buy Below zero if you enjoy Subnautica, but be aware that it is an inferior game to Subanutica. That being said its more Subnautica, and who doesnt love that?

Baldurs gate 3 looks to be another hit for larion, however in its current state I wouldnt buy it in its current state unless you know what your getting yourself into.Right now the game isnt very polished, kinda like a diamond in the ruff. I wouldnt want people getting turned off by this and buy the game thinking that this is what the game is when in actuality the game is going to be much much more. With all that being said I would recommend this game to those who love rpg. The game plays much like other larion studios games most notably Divinity 2. I would strongly recomend playing either divinity game before playing baldurs gate 3 if your looking for a game like this. Where I think larion could improve the game would be with the loot. getting loot doesnt feel as meaningful in Baldurs gate compared to games like Divinty 2. I think it would be cool if armor( most notably rings and amulets) had more of a profound effect, or even being cursed like in divinity 2. with that being said I cant wait for the game to be fully realeased and I think that everyone who enjoys table top rpgs will love this game as much as I do. very fun and very addictive if you're looking for a fun rpg build game than this is for you. But this is still a work in progress so dont be expecting a full experience it's just getting started!
