This game is so much fun, a tower defense game with some rpg elements. If you love tower defense, but would want some more story behind it? This is your game! The first playthrough isn't incredibly hard, still poses a challange at times though but if you lvl enough you can manage. But then you unlock New Game +, and yea.. that's a nice challenge! There is a level cap! But the game keeps getting harder! Strategy definetly required. I love it. Also be sure to read the dialogs, especially tak is hilarious and had me laughing out loud on several occasions. I still play it every now and then, have to admit i havent gotten all gold stars on newgame+ yet.. (that d*mn sheep) But i will eventually, still enjoy the challenges!

I felt compelled to change this review, because i have beaten the New Game + Sheep ! That's all.

For my full review on this game, make sure to read my portal 1 review! I absolutely loved this game, the gameplay is awesome.. the puzzles are nice and the post-apocalyptic feel of it all gets me excited even more than it did in portal one.. It is so many years later, you can really see how much time has worn out the facility. You can almost feel it! The small details really got me going, damaged levels that are fixed up just so you can complete the 'tests'. In the beginning up in the higher levels, all the plants and the occasional bird chirping through the broken roof... and more hiding spots- made by you know who! The grandness of some of the area's, and the auto recordings etc that let you know what happened there.. (also, try listening to the prerecorded messages entirely if you have not yet done that, they are not only informative but also very funny at times!) Anyway, if you played portal 1 but not portal 2? Stop reading this and go play it, No seriously! play it.. you can play through it in a day, and you will be so sorry it is over.. If you haven't played portal 1 and are still reading this, Go play portal one! Love the hell out of it, and than go play 2 and be sad when its over.... And pray with me for a portal-3 how ever unlikely that seems.

I really liked how GlaDos is SO much more cynical and real than in the first edition, and i really got a good laugh out of Miss Potato head! xD

- Loved every bit of this game. If you enjoy puzzeling, and want to try it on a whole new level? Whats stopping you!? try this! The gameplay is smooth, and the puzzling with portal guns is innovating and just so-much-fun! And who can resist messing around with those guns? i sure as hell can't! My gameplay here on steam does not even show to the slightest how much i've played this game!

The Story behind it is slightly complicated, and if you really want to understand it all.. I suggest playing portal 1 and 2, spending close attention to detail (Especially to the recordings ancd secrets etc) and looking at the extra content to understand it all. I really liked it, such a dark story.. And even though you would have to play halflife to understand what happened at the surface of the world (The Aperture Science and Black Mesa thing) you can understand the story by just playing portal.. but- no spoilers here so i will stop now.. If you have not already, go play the game!

I tried to love this game, i really did.. i love dragons and i really had my hopes up for this.. Sadly, i was very dissapointed in this game, and that was after tons of bugs trying to get it to even run properly!! (and it crashed quite a few times in the short time i played).. In the beginning i thought, hmm this looks ok.. i guess.. The gameplay was pretty standard, lot of options etc, but nothing out of the ordinary for any experienced MMO player.. Even though the targetting seemed to be based a little too much on luck. And the 'chase zombies out of town' beginning was a little cliché,.. i managed.. The game could still prove to be awesome... Right?

Anyway the horror went on.. The graphics are so-so (2006-ish), and the characters seemed somewhat bland and out of sync. Also the subtitles did not match what was said, which got on my nerves from the start. The dragons look pretty nice and you can fly from very early on in the game. That was pretty fun indeed. I caught a dragon the first minute i walked out of town, and 5 minutes later? Another dragon! How Cool is that!? And wow!.. you can FIGHT while on the dragon!! that is very very cool..! Only to find out you can't really collect them! Not the way i would of wanted to! You can only have a few dragons with you, that is fine.. However your 'stables' are very limited in space, and you have to BUY upgrades.. which is sort of ok, if they werent that expensive and the rest of the gameplay made up for having to pay for the best part.. But it did not.. Also, you appearently can't buy enough upgrades, to catch all availeble dragons.. which was the ultimate dealbreaker for me. Gotta Catch Them All! Right?

Conclusion, a bland MMO with dull characters that is not even good looking.. The only fun part of the game is pay to enjoy it to its (not even full) potential. I do not often call a game horrible, as there is always something to enjoy.. However, the only fun thing in this game was so utterly overpowered by its plain dullness and horror.. It is just that.

What's left to say? This is not just a game. This is a pure work of art. The storyline is amazing, it really makes you think! Not a mass produced chewed out story in which there is no room for any imagination. Some may play it and not get it, however if you stop and think?... What is the entire story?.... And even leaving all that aside, (woulndt want to spoil the game for anyone).. The puzzles alone are fun and certainly kept me entertained! Also the atmosphere is nice and grimm, but not over the top. Just the way i like it!
