I have not I'm new to rim world modding, I've Only tried to make my own that does it from what the game already has but since no mechanoid in the base game does it, it just wanders aimlessly

about childcare mechanoids: Have you checked if the Mechanoids had code in them to know how to childcare? since they might be technically able to childcare but if there is no code to tell them what to do akin to a pawn that's capable of crafting but lacks the code that tells him how to craft
