Years ago I went to a small island in the pacific ocean. A group of travellers came along with me to explore the land. In a summernight, we went looking for shelter and split up to find firewood around the forest. We agreed to meet up at nine o' clock that evening. When it was a quarter past nine and no one had shown up, I started to feel worried as the surroundings had become darker and darker because of the already black sky. I soon realised that I was alone in a land I didn't know anything about, and in an attempt to find shelter from the starting rain, I found a cave near the foot of the nearby mountain. As I couldn't even see my own hand in front of my face, I tried finding the walls with my hands, waiting for them to touch solid rock while I slowly walked forward. Suddenly, a bright light in front of me lit up which made me look away for a second. When I turned back around to find what it was, I couldn't believe my very own eyes. It was a lamp, next to a note that was pinned down to a rock in the middle of the cave. Curious and somehow afraid of what it would say, I read it in my mind, slowly taking in every word: 'Who's reading this is gay XD'.
