This is the ultimate redemption arc for a video game. The MCC launched in a terrible state on Xbox one initially. I remember waiting 20 minutes to try and get a match where the servers didn't crash until eventually giving up on playing at all. Over the last several years, 343i has put their greatest efforts into making this game one of the best collections on the market and proved that they truly love the Halo series. They continued to work hard where most developers would've jumped ship after such a terrible launch. The Master Chief Collection is now an ode to Halo, full with remastered campaign and multiplayer experiences plus new content to make re-experiencing the games feel fresh as well. They are still working to release the final season of new customization content and a new map as I am writing this review, all while working on releasing their newest installment in the series; Halo Infinite. When the community that I love so much had lost hope in 343, they saddled up and showed that the do truly love and care for this series. That is something that makes me feel warm inside and gives me hope for what they have planned for the future of Halo. Thanks and glhf.
