Stay away from this game.After 6 or more patches and 1+ years of development after it's release, the devs are still so incompetent that not only did they not help with the notorious lag that plagues half the game's lifespan but they made it even worse in the early game where you don't have to wait for 1880 for lag, you get it straight out at 1836 start.Marvelous.
If this game can survive 2 more years and get a different dev team that is not as incompetent as they are, then it might be worth to buy at -80% price, otherwise even free this game is bad.
