I started out in this game as a member of a streamer's fan group of around 70 people, and only about 40 people were able to get into the game.

It took hours just to download the game and wait for the update to be done. Then you need to update everytime when you start the launcher which took about 30 minutes, and the longer you haven't play the larger the update. Then often a message pops out and say there is a download error. Of course, after 5 months, the update issue had been improved. The game is also very laggy, grindy, and buggy. IB battles crash often. The servers are often unstable. Not everyone has the patient to deal with the tech problems.

My friends just keep on leaving the game as they experiencing all kind of connection issues and crashes. Connection issues, crashes, and unstable server are the biggest attrition factors. Now there's pretty much no one left in my guild, just an empty town with past memories of friends in the game.

Although the dev has fixed a number of problems, it was neither fast nor effective enough. Not many people will wait for the dev to fix thing, consumer will often move on to other games. The game had a great potential, but it is ruined.
