I have over 2800 hours in this game, most of which, of course, were during the early access period. I've had 5 accounts, but the game became pay-to-win and a money grab. In-game money sellers make it even worse, but that's the case with all online games.

Pros:

The farming system and animal breeding chain are the most complex I've encountered.
Neutral:
Combat is at a basic level, although if blocking worked well, it would make it better. Even so, compared to other survival games I've seen so far, I find it better.
Building system. I haven't experimented too much, but if you position yourself well, it works. You need to know what sticks and what doesn't.
Cons:
First and foremost, it's a pay-to-win fest.
Long crafting times and a few things that, although sometimes useful when I'm busy, aren't always welcome or at the right time.
One day I watched a streamer, and they were full of maps and keys. Although I've killed all the elites I've encountered and even dragons, I barely had a few maps and a few keys that I can count on one hand. In a guild I was in, I spent some time gathering money for the guild's skills and technique.
Maybe this isn't the best review, but I believe there are better games than this, and even so, the game is enjoyable up to a point.

Edit: Did I mentioned the lagn fest. everything over 40 players on the server yitn in a lag fest. Try to pvp with that or even pve and you will see the frustrations

It is a good game for a alpha. Still need alot of things to be added and alot of bugs to be fixed but is getting there every week.

I would recomend it.
