Not a city builder , Game dictates most play , little interaction.
Interface just doesnt feel smooth. Runs poorly , Really dislike this game.

It clearly states it's not a city builder on the store page. And the video on the page explaints how it's different from a city builder.

Hey, after 2.5 hrs this may be early to say in my mind. Give it a little time. Nevertheless you are right: it is not a city-builder alone but also a political simulation. This is why we called it city-ruler. We had hoped this would make it clear. But thanks for your feedback.
