For a modern release in 2024, it runs really smooth, has fluid movement, and no bugs that I've seen in 6 hours of gameplay. Great, cooperative gameplay with a stellar soundtrack.
Negative reviews are overblown, technical issues are per-person so your mileage may vary.
Monetization is not greedy at all. Acquiring the premium currency is pretty fast, and I've played games like Darktide that are EXTREMELY stingy with it.
