A persuasive, engaging speaker when well-prepared, but uncomfortable and less effective when asked to speak off-the-cuff. Reacts quickly and decisively in an emergency, keeping a cool head and effectively leading others. When working to a firm but realistic deadline, PAULINHO DA VIOLA sometimes fails to complete the task because unprepared to work extra hours to meet the deadline.
