I normally take bad game reviews with a grain of salt, because most times it's just angry idiots who could write a scathing review about the best day of their life. But this...game...money grab...dumpster fire... just don't even bother. You'd have more fun playing by yourself on a dead HurtWorld server.

Let's start off by mentioning that this review has been approved by the Ministry of Truth and all statements herein are in support of Managed Democracy and Liberty. I AM NOT AN AUTOMATON!

This game is so well designed that it has become my life, and my real-life job doesn't seem to understand this. The game play, scenery, enemy AI, all of it. It only gets repetitive if you play on Trivial or Easy all the time, and even then, I've almost failed a couple of easy missions because I wasn't paying attention. Don't get complacent in this game. It will kill you.

Also, try not to kill your teammates.

This game has come a long way since it was first released in 2013. Is it still buggy sometimes? Definitely. But is it fun, even when Klang comes along and destroys 30 hours of grueling work? Damn right it is!!!

The devs really have made this a labor of love. Ignore the haters out there. They're just bitter that they're not on the developer team. This game can be utterly frustrating sometimes, but mostly because its not easy. I've spent many careful hours gently finessing parts onto my ship, to completely destroy everything in a millisecond because I forgot to turn on my dampeners in a timely manner and became one with an asteroid that I spent hours looking for.

This game isn't for everyone. There is a grind that some will hate. There are physics mechanics that are simple but devastating if you forget about them. This game will bring up all the sorrows of your terrible childhood and rub them in your face. But if you can survive through all of that on a repeated basis, you will be the ultimate masochist. So strap your gimp outfit on underneath your space suit and let's break things!
