Generally, most of the trading that I do revolves around the steam community market. As such, I tend to go by market prices, although not as strictly as other traders. A difference of a few cents is not a big deal to me as long as we both get to complete our sets.

I do not consider "offers" to be a valid price when trading. You know the price of your items (I hope) or otherwise you wouldn't be trying to sell them. It would be more efficient for you to tell that price to me rather than have me dance it around with a variety of offers.
