all of the other obvious negative criticisms aside...

the game lacks sufficient options for automation once you get to the fourth tier of notpokeballs that it just feels like a waste of time. the guns also feel like a waste of time and resources when you could just spam your pals and have them do all the damage. it might honestly be more enjoyable if you cheat in guns and ammo and pokeballs because automating them fully like you expect to do so in factorio or any similar game simply isn't possible. after a certain point the game just feels like busywork.
having spent 30 hours playing this feels like spending $20 on doordash and then regretting it immediately after

the bad:
combat
some songs become grating (nails done, hair done)
the map could be more detailed
the process of unlocking some of the post-game characters
crashing/locking up that can happen if you alt tab out of the game for too long

mixed:
characters and story

the good:
gameplay
condensed milk - cyber milk chan
red's voicelines while doing tricks

i cant even get a winstreak higher than 3 because if the game doesnt give me any damage or tears up even though i would be able to win it would take 1 hour just to get to the womb so i just end up killing myself this game sucks ass

pleasantly surprised: the game

game was good before they changed how guns work and with this new dlc idk what they're doing to the game anymore
