Fun with friends and stressful solid snake when solo. Guns feel good and perma character death isn't that bad. Lore is enjoyable and intersecting in a way that someone who likes dark souls lore can put pieces of the story together through different gun lore and such. Lot of variety for options for different play styles. Devs are nice and works with the community on the game and frequent updates for new things and ways to die or kill things in the game. Music is fantastic. Also everything looks amazing in cryengine. The biggest hicup is cryengine servers, but that's usually not a problem most of the time.

very fun gameplay loop, item combinations, challenges and interesting levels. each character has a unique playstyle and unlockables. even after unlocking everything I have found the game enjoyable and the occasional updates keep the game a little bit fresh. Minor nip picks that some of the challenges are extremely difficult and optional puzzles a bit obtuse. highly recommend to anyone looking for a 3rd person rougue like. (also the some of the lore in the logbooks is a fun read if you're into that)
