I must admit I wasn't impressed in the start, but I must admit this is one of the best games I have tried.
When you play it you really feel you own a prison, and of course it is *BIIIIIIIIIP* hard work and you can sometime use hours to try getting all prisoners glad.
Really if you like SimCity or games like that, buy this :)
