An incredible game that exceeded all of my expectations. Tons of content, great attention detail, and very fun/addictive even 60+ hours later.
Bugs wise, I haven't encountered any except for some frame rate drops and one crash during the first week of release.

In this industry, it is rare to see a AAA game of this calibre. Game devs really need to emulate From Software because they really outdid themselves with this one.
