Generally speaking for most GPU's, this my guideline:

Under full Load/Gaming

40-60C is excellent (running cool)
60-75C is good (running normal)
75-85C is acceptable (running warm but ok)
85-95C is alarming (running hot)
>95C is CRITICAL (airflow or fan problem)
