so i decided to try even after reading all the bad comments just to see it by myself.
everything that you read on the negative comments are %100 true. i honestly thought i had a bug when i fired a lascannon. its just the exact same lasgun animation (just the laser is bit longer) with a super thin ''pew'' sound. you never feel any impact from most of the weapons.
im not gonna get into all the other details since you can read from other comments.. just think 3 times before you buy.

if they make a patch to fix all the issues i will change this review to positive

Early Access Review
just refunded because i decided its not for me.
and oddly my impression is that its almost the same thing as stardew valley's mines... feels like developers took the idea from that game and improved on it. you have only 1 attack type, you are contstantly searching for a hole to pass the floor, if you die you lost your items, bugs and slimes everywhere, when you hit an enemy you push them back a little, the map etc.. almost everyting about the game felt too similar to me.
so try it yourself and see if its fits to you

Early Access Review
i really really like this game i bought it recently but already i have 17 hours of gameplay.
for now i dont have any complains about the game (havent got any issues) but its obvious that the game needs more content about some details (but hey its early access)

i have a wishlish so i hope the developers see this
1- need of more items: there are only 2 types of chairs and tables etc.. when you first look at the item categories you think ''oh there are a lots of things'' but in reality there are only 2-3 different options for the same kind of objects (exept computers and a few more items but they are more like ''buy the most advanced one and forget the rest'' kind)
the lack of items really show its downside when you encounter the social needs of your employess because there are only 2-3 items that fulfill this need.
i hope there will be a lot of items for to really customise your workspace :)

2- the need of things to spend money: most stuff in the game is pretty cheap like you get the most expensive server for 2k etc.. only 1-2 things are relativly expensive but you dont spend money on them too often (like buying more land) so if you can pay your employess you are most likey to be rich in a short time so unless you dont develop any softwares or fail to deliver a good product 3-4 times in a row i dont think that you can lose money
ps: im not asking more reasons to lose money im asking more content to spend money :)

3- Uİ of employees list: once you hire more than about 10-15 employess you start to lose tracking of who is who (like who is the 3d programmer and who is audio programmer etc..) and when someone get retired you will be like ''ok this guy was a programmer but did i hired him for 2d or system etc..''
i would like to see a drag and drop style feature with a customisble employee list so i can put the employee list in the order that i like

4- montlly subscribtion mmo games: so i can develop world of warcraft

5- expansions and dlc's : so i can develop expansions for world of warcraft and i can act like EA when i get bored

6- game awards + expo (E3) : no explanations needed for that.

the downvote is specially for story mode.
i bought the game about a month before story mode came out

first sanbox mode:
the survival/sandbox mode was really great until i realised there is no possible ending/final objective you just play until you die and for me that put a huge aimlessness in the game itself. let me end the game when i want with accomplish something.
let the guy on youtube who has played 600 days in game finish the game with accomplishment instead of just dying...maybe fix a car/plane and escape from the place or a scout plane that only fly past near you once in a month and if there is a storm out there it wont fly that month and to end the game you have to somehow give a signal to the plane for rescue. anyway these are just random ideas it may or may not apply to the background story of the game but it was just to show what my point is. and it can be a huge grind to finish the game (like i dont know a year in game to achive rescue etc..) and with that it will be more fun to try your best force you to survive another day. and without a goal the only point of the game is the just survive until forever and thats why the game is trying to kill you with hordes of wolfes and bears
but these are just my own personal taste so other than that sanbox mode is really good.

story mode:
so after i found out there will be a story mode in game i was exited becase of the aimlessness of sandbox mode so i thought it will be great to finally have an objective in the game...
but instead it killed the whole game for me. you start near a plane crash there is fire around you but you cant use that fire to warm up BUT you can get burned and therefore wounded from that fire if you get too close. you loot everything in the area but after you complete the quest you found there are extra supply boxes spawned overnight. the ''you dont need it now'' error for some items etc..
plus i always have a problem with recent games that makes bug fixes almost everyday.. hey its a good thing they at least fixing the bugs but you are releasing a finished product and its your job the fix the game BEFORE its launch..
remember the good old days when you just buy the game and play without an issue ?

the very best stronghold game its a classic. i wonder how they ♥♥♥♥ up soo much in other stronghold games including crusader2.
so devs let me give you a simple advice for lets say stronghold crusader3 :
keep the same things in crusader dont try to change add/cut anything from the game
improve the Aİ
improve the Aİ
improve the visual quality (its not that critical actually)
improve the Aİ
add variations for Aİ (like every enemy have 3 castle designs so they can choose the type of castle they build for certain scenarios)
improve the Aİ
new maps
huge maps that supports 12 player
improve the Aİ
Aİ should upgrade their castle to larger ones in the late game and they should always try to expand
improve the Aİ

see its not that hard do all this = profit.
ah and i almost forgot... improve the ai!

dont get me wrong thumbs up x4 for episode 1-2-3-4.

but when you come to episode 5 you will feel heavly dissapointed to see that all your decisions are changing nothing at all.
let me put it this way: the game only offers 2 choise. but yet it warns you that all your choises will affect past, future etc..
this is the only part that i felt.. i dont know... deceived ?
