Fun game that is a nice beginner friendly entry into fighting games. Worth a go especially with the free version. Also I suck at the game lol.

Karlach: "Tell him I haven't read a book since secondary school, watch his face melt off."

A worthy title to the series, tons of fun and engaging content, a easy recommendation for any RPG lovers and anyone who likes fantasy in general. Have a go and Baldur your Gate

Having finished the narrative campaign for the Chorfs (Chaos Dwarfs) and spend time playing each of the 3 legendary lords, I would say the race pack as content is fantastic. The roster is very entertaining, ranging from daemonic machines to literal slaves, giving you various styles to play, from monster focused to artillery. The 3 legendary lords play with these units in slightly different ways, one rides a military mobility scooter, one rides a daemonic bull and one is tall (for a dwarf), each are entertaining. The legendary hero meanwhile is good for duelling lords and heroes, though personally I would have prefered another lord myself. There are 4 mechanics for the Chorfs, using bits and pops from various factions such as Cathay's caravans, a much improved slave/labour economy which requires micromanagement to move 'workers' from province to province (which was my favourite mechanic, actually letting me manage a empire's economy) and reusing the beastmen's unit cap increase while upgrading units. The fresh mechanic is the Tower of Zharr where you can spend influence to take seats that upgrade your race and faction as a whole, competing with the other Chorf factions, eventually confederating them (should not take you long, roughly 80/90 turns).

However there are some issues, primarily the price. Compared to past race packs it is more expensive and that will put people off buying this which is a shame. A fourth legendary lord is not here unlike prior packs, ideally it would have been a bull centaur lord which would have been a nice playstyle but the requested character, Shar'tor the Executioner was outright denied by GW for being a Age of Sigmar character which is a shame for he was originally going to be released before the End Times. Hopefully for future packs, CA will acknowledge complaints such as this and have 4 legendary lords alongside the legendary hero (fingers cross Dogs of War). Lastly, CA pls give a teleport to the final battle, I rather not march stance from Reikland to the Darklands for 8 turns straight.

I would happily recommend this pack but at this current price (19.99 as of writing), please wait for a discount from either Steam or key sites. Unless you are into the series and want to jump in.

A good recommend from me, a great way to get into strategy games. Tons of content, now easier to get into with the free immortal empires update for all players.

Syndicate gets too much flak for what it does, having been treated as the black sheep before Odyssey, Syndicate is good.
London is one of the best worlds in the series in terms of authenticity, standing alongside Egypt and Paris but arguably is better for having lively npcs, playing cricket and other activities. Side activities such as carriage racing, boxing rings and gang wars help you get into the setting well. The Frye twins do entertain but had much more potential, you really only get one mission where the game fleshes out the co-operative aspect which is a shame.
Story's tone is the opposite from Unity so don't expect it to be serious (Jack the Ripper dlc has a tone more up Unity's street if you fancy that) and movement has been made worse also which will make you rely more on the grappling then free running.
This game is entertaining despite its flaws, only really getting blasted on release due to fatigue over the AC series. Play this instead of going to London yourself, you'll see the sights while playing AC Peaky Blinders

A nice game for horror fans across the board. Gameplay is simple enough to jump in and out of, simple 4 V 1 matches. Though personally I feel survivors are boring to play as compared to killers with their various mechanics. The game is usually sold cheap and sometimes have free-weekends if you have interest. Though I say like many long running games, there's a ♥♥♥♥ ton of dlc, though not needed gives you plenty of variety.
Would recommend, but get on sale.

It is not often I write a review (properly because I wrote them with a meme reference or something stupid), but this game deserves better.

The world is greatly detailed, replicating a Roman city to great detail, little dialogue with real Roman words is a bonus.
The characters enrich the story, feeling like actual people and reflect the story's strength.
The gameplay is quite basic but this game gives you freedom to deal with its world as you please, it is really about being enriched in the world and story.

The Forgotten City is a experience worth going through (though short if you are doing 1 playthrough), you will see a Roman city brought to life under a detective scenario, with a well written story strengthened by a well developed cast of characters and atmosphere.
I would recommend if you are interested in ancient history, dialogue and detective stories.
