I absolutely love Stardew Valley. It's a very charming game that lets you focus on simpler tasks and gives a reprieve from everyday life. Although the graphics are unassuming from a surface view, the developer made the game feel real and move smooth. Anyone from an individual wanting to optimize crop production to someone who just wants to raise chickens can find a very enjoyable path in the game. Developing relationships in the game, while often times tedious, feels extremely fulfilling and provides another objective to strive for. When I play Stardew, I get to escape for a time and relax with both my real and NPC friends. To anyone looking for a game to dive headfirst into and relax, I fully recommend Stardew Valley above anything else.
