The avatar is an artist's rendering of Glatisant, King Pellinore's "Questing Beast" from the Arthurian legend... Perhaps Glatisant is a metaphor of what I quixotically chase after by spending enormous amounts of time gaming on my PC...

My first RPG experience was with Deus Ex Invisible War, which was a free gift along with the video card for a Windows XP 'puter that I built around 2005. I played through that game many times, constantly making new discoveries and refining my approach to various situations. Wanting to try out the heavily lauded original Deus Ex, I mail ordered a copy of the "Game Of The Year" edition and played through that many, many times! When DX Human Revolution was in the pipeline, I kept an eye on it, but didn't have the hardware capable of running it until just this year, 2013. DXHR is wonderful, and I think all involved have done a fantastic job with it...
