I'm aware the subject is controversial and a number of individuals are unhappy to see the game they have played for years make such harsh changes.
No disrespect to those not liking the change, but I personally love that this update has dropped and have found the changes very satisfying to play so far.
Highly recommend the game for picking up right now should you have a mid range rig to handle it (PIP scopes cane be rough on performance)

I will preface this by mentioning i've only bought it to play the singleplayer.

This game released in a time it was unwanted unfortunately and had some god awful advertising but I mean it when I say that this had a good campaign. Compared to the recent rehashes and disappointments of recent installments this game stands as something unique and a must have for a sci-fi enthusiast. The villains may be a bit simple but the set pieces are amazing and I found love in the characters I fought with. As a fan of Titanfall 2 I would place this game not on par but very close behind, if you see it for a decent price then pick it up for its campaign.

Personally never vibed well with the vermintide games myself, more of a deep rock guy. That was never to say they were bad but just not for me.
Darktide though? Darktide is loads of fun for me so far, the mix between melee and firearms is beautiful.
Currently a solid recommend for me, though time will tell the rest.

It's like crack, it's addicting and takes your time away from what you probably should be doing but its so good.

Holy god yes this was a wonderful experience for me. If you have been a fan of ace combat or arcade flight games this is a must buy.

I took a year break from this game to be sucked back in. I do not recommend because it's an addiction and I wish I could stop. Please send help.
