A very terrifying and fun horror game that is (in my opinion) the best game in the FNAF series.

1) The graphics look really good. It's arguably the best looking game in the series and it being made on a 2d game engine is pretty much unnoticeable.
2) The Nightmare Animatronics look really cool and monstrous, they have some of the best designs in the series to me. Nightmare Freddy, Nightmare Bonnie and Nightmare Fredbear in particular.
3) The gameplay is probably the best and most terrifying one in the series. The night length is good enough (6 minutes), there's many different areas of the house you can go to and the animatronics attack from and all of the animatronics are very distinct with things like Nightmare Foxy running back and forth until he enters the closet and Nightmare Freddy being a looming threat behind the bed. Then there's Nightmare Fredbear and Nightmare, which are a combination of all 4 normal animatronics. What makes it so terrifying is the big reliance on audio cues. Footsteps, Nightmare Fredbear's and Nightmare's laughs and the breathing. Not carefully listening to audio cues will result in one of the animatronics attacking you and the loud jumpscare sound makes it even more tense.
4) Many background sounds, like the dog barking, Nightmare Chica in the kitchen, the clock chimes and the distorted radio sound makes the game feel realistic and more terrifying.
5) The jumpscares are really good. The way the camera shakes and the animatronics roar at you, combined with how unpredictable and loud the jumpscares usually are almost always makes the jumpscares startle me.
6) Fending off Nightmare Fredbear and Nightmare is fun without counting the laugh rng. They require you to be very fast compared to how you usually fend off the normal 4 animatronics slowly.
7) The game is much more skill-based compared to the other games. If you play well and carefully listen to audio cues, you have a good chance of completing even the hardest nights.
8) The game has quite a good amount of content. There's a total of 8 nights, and after you finish the 8th one you unlock additional challenges that make the game harder and beating night 7 with either only one or a combination of them gives you extra stars. Blind Mode + Mad Freddy + Insta Foxy was the most stressful I was while playing a FNAF game, but beating it felt very rewarding in a way I rarely do in other games.
9) The game's main menu theme and night theme are good.

As with other FNAF games, this game isn't safe from requiring luck at times. there's things like Nightmare Bonnie and Nightmare Chica being at their doors at the same time, which can mean death from Nightmare Freddy or Nightmare Foxy especially on Blind Mode + Mad Freddy + Insta Foxy. But the biggest issue is Nightmare Fredbear's and Nightmare's laughs. a laugh usually means they are at the bed or closet, but there's a chance they're actually still in the halls. hearing footsteps around the same time as the laugh can mean it's a fake one, but there's still a chance it actually was a real one and they are either at the bed or closet. Combine that with how short their kill timers are (especially Nightmare's) and you can get some really unfair deaths on the hardest nights. However, there IS a silver lining. If they real laughed 5 times on night 5 or 2 times on every other night, then all the laughs after those will be fake which makes it much easier.

It's a really good and scary game and is my favourite FNAF game. The gameplay is very well-made and balanced and the jumpscares almost always manage to startle me, something I can't say for the other FNAF games
