Okay, hi to my friends! Yes, I was hacked, although I never lost access to my account. But a bot was sending spam in my name to many of my friends, asking them to vote for a CSGO team. Clicking on the link appears to have allowed the bot to gain access to that account, thereby reproducing itself. I apologize to everyone affected for the annoyance. I think the problem has stopped because I am no longer receiving messages and comments.

Yep, can confirm that. Just got a message from "him" asking to vote for his CS GO team at some fishy website.
As a general piece of advice: never click on random links on Steam or on the internet, especially if a person you know or your aquaintance all of the sudden asks you to join their team, vote for them, follow a link to send them trade offer, etc.
Hopefully, by the time you're reading this, you were able to get your account back and not a lot damage has been caused.
