Amazing game, insulting release.

Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne is an amazing game that's definitely worth playing. However this HD re-release is really puzzling to me. What justification does ATLUS have to release a game from 2003 with virtually no enhancements besides suspend points and skill inheritance for $50?

How come capcom can release a trilogy of old DMC ps2 games for $30 but ATLUS believes it's even remotely OK to charge up to $70 for a game that has the same compressed music as the original and a 30fps lock?

But this is the same company that charged $60 for persona 5 and 3 rhythm games then locked persona 4 dancing all night behind a collectors bundle.
The only thing I hope is that this game succeeds like Persona 4 did on steam and we get more SMT releases on steam. But seeing how SMT is already a somewhat niche franchise compared to Persona and that the only game available is more than double the price of Persona 4. I have to ask what reason would a persona fan (or a non megaten fan) have to get into SMT with all these circumstances in the way?

In my opinion it's worth it to just emulate nocturne if you can put up with the horrid skill inheritance system, It's virtually the same game, and if you want Raidou in your playthrough there is an english translation of Chronicles available online.
