Awesome ARPG. With 891+ hours of play and counting, I think it is safe to say it is well worth the cost even if not on sale. The game has a good story line, several factions to align with, tons of loot and many class combinations that will have you theory building in your sleep. The devotion system paired with Mythical item sets provide vast options for how you build any given character.

PROS : Loot, multiple classes, straight to the point story as you progress.
Difficulty curve is very fair, ability to respec skills and devotions.

CONS: Some builds don't really shine without specific gear, devotions and class skill trees can be difficult to grasp at first.

Highly recommended game !

Updated : Nominated for Labor of Love award 2023. With a huge new patch and upcoming expansion Crate truly delivers the best ARPG out there.

Hey Harry :) This is my favorite ARPG, though you will find some similar game mechanics in this as the original Titan Quest as this game is made on an improved version of the same engine. The founder of Crate iirc is connected to the original Titan quest team. What really makes this game shine for me is the extra level character building with the constellation skill tree. It really makes for countless ways to build classes. As far as settings go, the story here is pretty dark fantasy where Titan quest is more or less grounded in Greek Mythos.

I really need to go back to this ARPG, I was really enjoying it, apt find getting into it when my PC malfunctioned! Then I just kept forgetting it was in my library. Almost 1,500 hours played George means you must know a lot about this game, so I know who to ask if I ever get stuck ;D I've heard a lot of people rate this as their favourite ARPG, are you also in this camp? You see I've now got a quandry as I just downloaded Titanquest Anniversary Edition which was another ARPG gathering dust in my library. I haven't reeally played that one though, so I don't know how they compare.
