Seed of the Dead is a unique Left 4 Dead style zombie game that provides an interesting experience. Despite this, it fails on many levels and does not justify its price tag. I will first start off with the positives to this game.

+ It's a surprisingly unique game that offers an interesting method of healing. In Seed of the Dead, to restore the health of the player and their AI controlled teammates, the player must initiate sexual intercourse with their AI controlled compatriots. This can be done in the middle of combat and even when enemies are attacking you. While you are having Sexual Intercourse, a rhythm mini game starts. It's like Guitar Hero where you must click your mouse at the right time to pleasure the girls and yourself. The better you do in this mini game, the more health you get restored and your teammates can even get buffs like a shield that makes them immune to attacks but eventually wears down after each hit.

+ The girls in the game, at least from my perspective are attractive. I found Aya to be the most attractive due to her personality and large buxom. I thought all the other girls were at least fairly attractive in some way although I wasn't a fan of Kirara due to her ♥♥♥♥♥♥ personality

+ The shooting is satisfying, sometimes. Some of the weapons in the game are really hit or miss, no pun intended. I am disappointed in the starting pistol as it appears to be a Glock but it sounds like a paintball gun. I did enjoy using the shotguns, that being a modified Mossburg 500 and a SPAS 12.

+ Even though it could be considered rather generic, I actually enjoyed the music and found it quite fitting. It's a combination of rock and some electronic music. However, I was not able to find any the songs on YouTube or any other part of the internet. If someone could post them in the comments that would be beneficial for everyone.

I will now move onto why I cannot recommend this game. Unfortunately, the reasons are numerous despite the unique premise of the game.

- The Lack of enemy variety. Granted I wouldn't have had a problem with just fighting zombies however they are all the exact same model. In left 4 dead, the common infected were a variety of different models. They had different shirts, faces, pants and even some of them didn't wear shoes. In Seed of the Dead, there are 2 types of zombies, the basic zombie and one with slightly darker skin. these make up the majority of enemies and they are the exact same copy and pasted model. It's disappointing really as I would have expected the developers to create some kind of interesting monster that hasn't been seen before. This sadly wasn't the case. The other monsters in the game are somewhat interesting. A type of, I guess I would call it an ogre, a Monster that can shoot projectile at you that kind of resembles a bat and reptile combined together, and finally a large worm type creature. I found that the worms were the most dangerous even though the game isn't all the hard. The worms have an ability to shoot smaller larval worms at you that explode on contact. It's somewhat creative and the design of the worms themselves reminds me of the monsters from the 1990 Movie Tremors.

- Lack of weapon variety. The weapons found in game, despite being somewhat fun to use, are extremely generic. I mentioned previously that that the weapons were satisfying to use, however they are painfully generic. They're weapons we've all seen before like the Mossburg, AK, Glock, and what appears to be HK-416. I would have liked to have seen maybe some experimental weapons. Perhaps this could take place in alternate universe where the XM8 enter service after the US military successfully completed the Objective Individual Combat Weapon (OICW).

- Buggy and glitchy gameplay. On several occasions while I was playing, I saw enemies and teammates alike glide on the ground as if they were ice skating, weapon animations failing to play properly, and a particularly annoying glitch when trying to have intercourse with a girl but she kept going into a down but not out state.

Overall, I cannot recommend Seed of the Dead unless it is on sale for 5$ or less. The sad thing about Seed of the Dead is that it's a unique premise with a rather interesting way to regain health. If TeamKRAMA decides to make a 3rd Seed of the Dead, they need to take a good long time to produce better models and animation as well. There is a lot of potential for Seed of the Dead, both for its unique health restoration mechanic and its setting as well.

Early Access Review
Shark Attack Deathmatch 2 is a sequel to Shark Attack Deathmatch, an indie game on the Xbox 360. I have played both games and to whoever is reading this review I can tell you that Shark Attack Deathmatch 2 is worth your money and time. However, that does not mean Shark Attack Deathmatch 2 is not without its flaws. I will start off by naming the positives about the game.

+ The graphics are absolutely amazing for an indie game and I am extremely impressed with what can be done by just a 2 man team. The water effects in particular look incredible and even better than some modern day AAA titles we see today.

+ The AI for the sharks is quite smart and often will catch you off guard. The Black Tipped Mako Sharks in Predator which assist the player controlled Great White Shark are actually quite scary since they cannot do a whole lot of damage but they can and will throw off your aim. I cannot count how many times I have been lining up the perfect shot to get on my friend who was playing as the great white and then suddenly like an anime loli little sister the Black Tipped Mako Sharks come out of nowhere and screws over my aim. http://plusbits.mx/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/Oreimo.jpg

+The player customization is another positive about the game that I did not see anyone else talking about. There are a bunch of different colors and you can also change the shade of the color as well. Colors aren’t the only thing however; you can also change your skin color (TRIGGERED) and your wet suit design and flipper design (there is a total of 20 different wet suit designs and 23 different flipper designs).

+The Developers are some of the best I have ever met (actually they are the only game developers I have ever met) although I have only spoken to one of them that being jonesjonesie http://steamproxy.net/profiles/76561198093574012/

Unfortunately I must move on to the negatives and there are a few of them.

- The lack of story, lore, and overall content of the game. There is a huge amount of potential for a story that is packed full of lore. The biggest lack of content in my opinion is the very few weapons. There are only 4 weapons in the game. The spear gun, the chain gun, the diver’s knife, and the flash bang grenade. A good example of the lack of lore and story is the level called “Tsunami”, which takes place in the flooded streets of New York City and features the torn off head of Lady Liberty at the top of the map which spawns many questions. How did it get there? Why did the water rise? Why did the water not recede? What caused the tsunami? Why are we under water hunting sharks? Why are the sharks so aggressive?

-Little to no community exists for this game. I tried searching for any open games and could not find any. Although this complaint is not really the game’s fault since the only way to get a bigger community is to have more people play the game and as mentioned up above with the positives, this is not a bad game.

-The constant need to keep grabbing oxygen. I find it rather annoying how fast your oxygen and stamina depletes and how often you must replenish it. I have died countless times from drowning and I understand in a real life SCUBA situation drowning is a real and serious threat but your oxygen only last about 3-4 minutes .

Over all I enjoyed Shark Attack Deathmatch 2 even if it does have some faults and this review is not technically complete since it is still in early access so I have plans to come and update it in the future when it leaves early access. I only hope that day will come.
That’s why I believe this game deserves a temporary score of 7/10
